If the student graduates:

Student email accounts will remain active for 1 year after the student graduates.  After a year, the accounts are disabled and will be inaccessible.  

Student network accounts are disabled immediately after graduation.  After six months, the accounts are archived and will be inaccessible.

If the student leaves the district by another means:

Student email and network accounts are disabled immediately and will be inaccessible.
